To decline a quote:

1) Log in

2) Go to My Account > My Listings.

3) Find the listing you wish to display, click Show .

4) Click on the quote you wish to decline. 

5) Click Decline Quote. Choose the reason for declining this particular quote. Confirm by clicking Decline Quote again.
